Chapter 2: NEEKO DRAKE: Rise of the Nine King

Chapter 2: NEEKO DRAKE: Rise of the Nine King

FANTASY / YOUNG ADULT

When I originally posted the first and second chapters of NEEKO DRAKE at my old blog location they were separated by months. (The fact of this being because I was still working and writing on chapter 2.) But now, that I'm re-posting everything in this new blog, I thought that I would place these chapters together as they should be. As I update this blog I will continue to try to do this, and group like writings together where possible.
In this chapter of NEEKO DRAKE: RISE OF THE NINE KING, you get to catch a glimpse of just what cats DO dream. I hope you enjoy the dream. I really liked telling it.
I would also like to thank my wife Catherine for designing the NEEKO DRAKE cover. I think that she did a wonderful job. Thank you dear, I Love you.

Enjoy.

Chapter 1: NEEKO DRAKE: Rise of the Nine King

Chapter 1: NEEKO DRAKE: Rise of the Nine King

FANTASY / YOUNG ADULT

I like to ask questions, and I tend to ask myself a lot of questions. Sometimes the questions are so odd that I just have to explore them And the tale of Neeko Drake came about because of such a random question that I asked. One morning while I was having my coffee I happened to look down at my pet kitten who was asleep at my feet underneath the dinning room table. (The kind that has the glass top so you can look right down through it.) There she was asleep, I know this because she was snoring. (Yes I realize that there might be another story right there.) While she was asleep she started moving her little legs and it looked for all the world like she was running. I smiled and then my brain posed this question to me: “Do cats dream and if so what do they dream about?” My mind pondered this for about as long as it took me to start up my laptop and start writing. The first chapter was pretty much finished that same day. I hope you all enjoy it. I look forward to your feedback.

Everything Old... Is New Again.

Everything Old... Is New Again.
That pretty much explains how and why I'm here. This blog is the reboot of something that I started in early 2009 on MySpace and now I bring it here in hopes of reaching a bigger audience.
This first entry will be an introduction and mission statement that first appeared on MySpace in the begining. (With a few updates to things that have changed since then.) Hopefully, though this, you can know what to expect here. So now, with no more fanfare I bring you the reason for my being (here):
